Our New Home

Check out our new pad! It has plywood floors and is surrounded by screen windows. We like it. And yes, that is our clothes hanging.

The First Kill

So some of you have been enjoying the bug stories. Our first intruder was a wolf spider. Here he is alive. He's the size of a mini dvd. I underenstimated the speed of that sucker and on that first night I had everyone running for cover. Anyway he did not survive. I finally killed him with the broom on swing number three. It was pretty funny. Sorry no video on this one. To date I have three kills of this species.

The Flight into Belize

Here is the trip in. Nick at CC Murrieta saved the whole disk!! Thank you Jesus. This was the whole plane. The boys loved it.

The rain

It is just undesribable. It rains so hard it is amazing. It's pretty much one day of rain on and off...hard. Then, the next 2 are dry. So far the main creek has overflowed twice. One day we canoed it!

Justus and Cole at camp

The boys at Survivor Camp. Justus is in Blue tribe and Cole is in Yellow tribe. Their tribes hiked into the buch today to make their own breakfast. They had to chop wood and make a fire. They hand made tortillas and made egg burittos. Cole said it was "cool." Here are some more pictures of the challenges for points.

Machaca Summer Camps

The theme of the camps is Survivor Egypt. The emphasis is "Love Wins" and "How Big Yu God." The campers go through challenges and get tree mail and do all kinds of crazy stuff. Justus and Cole are just loving it!!

Special guest visit

Mical, Kailee and Pastor Brian came down to help us out. They have been huge!! Our kids had familiar faces and we had 3 people just loving on us. They are here for a week. Thank you!

Blue Creek trip

We arrived at the beginning of high school camp and just got settled in by the end. The training week for the MMT'ers came next. At the end of the training camp we went to Blue Creek.

Arrived safely

We arrived safely. We made it in between 2 storms and had a blessed trip. Unfortunately we lost the entire first week of pictures and video. We are sending the card hope to get it looked at...sorry no pictures of the first week...yet.
